Nina holds and MA degree in History of International Relations. Before joining AIGHD she worked as programme manager for AIDS Healthcare Foundation and as project officer for AIDS Action Europe. Through fundraising, programme management and advocacy she contributed to a structural community led response to the HIV epidemic at city, national and European level in both the European Union and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA). She also has extensive experience with implementing community-based HIV testing and counseling services for key populations. Before that, she worked as a fundraising officer in Kosovo, where she supported local NGOs with securing grants from USAID Kosovo, Open Society Foundation, National Endowment for Democracy and Civil Rights Defenders.
